To supplement our 3D Modelling services we extend thecreation of part library as a service. Our part libraryenables the user to configure the model from a range ofavailable features. We have rebuiltdigital data and built complete part libraries forAutomotive, Material Handling, Pump and Valve, HeavyEngineering and Storage manufacturers.

Developing Assembly Models and General Assembly (GA)drawing of various configurations as per customerrequirement is a time consuming and repetitive task. Weaddress this problem by customizing the existing CADsoftware (SolidWorks) for the individual product lines andproviding a user interface for entering the variables. Withour customization solution the models, drawings andBOM gets generated automatically at a click of the button.

Product designers produce General Assembly layout (Skeleton Layout) of theproduct to be manufactured. We have expertise to develop the assembly from thegiven layout, using top down configuration, interference detection check andensuring physical interaction of components using physical dynamics. We createmultiple configuration of the assembly, apply corresponding materials to thecomponents, and generate assembly drawing with Bill of Materials andrecommendations based on customer input.We also create animation of the working model along with its exploded view forpresentation and review of product functionality.
