Engineering Level (20 Hrs.)

Basic Math's – Unit Systems – Physical Properties of Material – Standards – Engineering Drawings – Creativity

Engineering Design (20 Hrs.)

Part Design ( Sheetmetal/Machining/Casting/Plastics ) – Design Methods - Key notes – GD & T – Stack-up Analysis

Manufacturing Engineering (40 Hrs.)

Metal Forming (Sheetmetal Design) – Metal Removal – Casting – Welding – Molding – EDM etc.

Product Design (40 Hrs.) (Only for PDE L3)

Development Process Scheduling - Part / Product – Drawings / Specification - Prototype – Review / Validation - Quality Evaluation - Standards & Manufacturing Feasibility - Part List / Bill of Material(BOM) – Cost Estimation - Product Data Management - ECN/ECO - Reverse Engineering – 3D Scanning / 3D printing - Selection of materials & Process.

Software Skills (140 Hrs.)

Solidworks/Inventor – AutoCAD – Part Modelling – Equation – Design Table – Configuration Assembly Modeling – Advanced Part Modeling – Advance Assembly Modeling – Productivity tools – Drawings & detailing – Sheetmetal – Nesting of Sheetmetal – Export/Import of CAD Data.

Live Project – Tool & Performance Test – Placements
